Terms & Conditions

Breakage Bond is £50 payable before the event, this is refunded after all Hired items are collected.
A minimum  Deposit of £40 is required to secure your date. The remainder to be paid 4 weeks before the Event.

Delivery charge may be required as we deliver free within a 20 mile radius of NE37.

Children must be supervised at all times whilst eating. Amanda J Events take no responsibility for the unsupervised or misuse of products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all guests using the Candy Cart, Ferris Wheel & Rocher Stand are aware of the ingredients. A list can be provided on request.

Customers must leave the all Hired items in the same way the are delivered. Any breakages or damage to all Hired items will be paid for in full by the customer. We reserve the right to remove any item at anytime if there is risk of damage or misuse.

Minimum order of 60 people on adult Candy Cart unless pre-arranged.

Amanda J Events is responsible for its own Public Liability Insurance.

We have exceeded the requirements for Food Safety & Hygiene in order to bring the very best care & availability of our service.
